According to the report, at present, China's development has entered a new stage, with high-quality development as the direction. Under this background, the function and status of service outsourcing will be further highlighted. At the same time, as a highly internationalized industry, the development of service outsourcing promotes the service trade, which will become the key to reverse the current service trade deficit in China.
From the perspective of industrial agglomeration, the report shows that at present, China's 31 service outsourcing demonstration cities have formed three echelons at the level of development, and gradually form a national spatial pattern with Chinese service outsourcing demonstration city brands as the main body, gathering to create regional brands, and forming an industrial pattern with reasonable structure, distinctive features and complementary advantages.
Among them, the first tier cities include Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Jinan, Qingdao, Chongqing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Nanchang. The second echelon is Tianjin, Ningbo, Dalian, Zhengzhou, Hefei, Changsha, Xiamen, Xi'an, Nantong, Harbin and other cities; the third echelon is Shenyang, Zhenjiang, Nanning, Fuzhou, Changchun, Daqing, Urumqi and other cities.
The three major gathering areas are Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. The average score of the report shows that the average score of the Pearl River Delta demonstration city is 146.1, that of the Yangtze River Delta is 131.5, and that of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is 122.9.
